FREE MOUNTAIN BIKE CLINIC

Location: Haw Ridge / Life Development Center

Subject: Pedalling, Braking, Cornering, Climbing, and Descending

We will be working on the fundamentals of these subjects.

If you have a bicycle trainer, please bring it with you.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    This clinic is for age 10 and up. Childern under the age of 16 must be acompanied by a guardian.                                                                                                                                                                                    A sign waveir for all attending is required.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 The price is free, come with a desire to learn and have fun

Clips and/ or clipless peddles are suggested.

We will be riding so wear riding clothing

This clinic is for ages 10 and up.

All participants under the age of 18 must have a notarized release form.

Childern under 16 must have an adult present.

All attending must sign a release form before starting

any activities at the Life Development Center.

HELMETS ARE REQUIRED!!
